Aimed at people who want to get more active to improve health but find it difficult to get started or stick to an exercise regime. This half day practical workshop will get you started with an exercise regime that works for you.

Suitable for existing runners looking to get more enjoyment out of their running and 'non-runners' who like the idea of running but not sure how to get started.
In this half day practical workshop you will learn how to:
- use running to align body and mind
- use mindfulness to change your attitude to running
- incorporate natural breathing techniques into your running
- run barefoot or with minimilist running shoes
- plan your training to be able to run longer, faster and harder
- prevent and overcome injuries
