Jason Feavers is a personal trainer and an expert in health related fitness. Getting people to move more and feel better is central to Jason's philosophy on exercise. Qualified and experienced in working with clients with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart conditions, back pain and osteoarthritis. Jason has acheived great success with clients who considered themselves non-exercises who now make physical activity a major part of their lives. Jason works with 1-1 clients from a gym in Easingwold near York and from clients homes in the York and Easingwold areas. Jason also runs regular Nordic Walking sessions as well as being a national tutor and part of Nordic Walking UK's Education Team.

Julie Brown is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Julie is a truly inspirational trainer, working to help clients achieve various goals from weight loss and toning through to completing challenges such as 10K races, marathons and triathlons. Julie last year completed the Benton Harbour Half Ironman Triathlon consisting of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run.
