I work with clients who want to exercise to improve health. Many clients find it difficult to get started with an exercise programme, either due to poor health or fitness levels, or becasue they don't consider themselves to be the 'exercising type'.
I’ve been a full-time fitness professional since 2000 and am a Register of Exercise Professionals Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor.
I’m an expert in health-related fitness and in working with people with medical conditions including cardiac disease, high blood pressure, Type-2 diabetes, osteoarthritis and lower back pain. I’m also trained in First Aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of automated external defibrillators.
